📋 REFUND POLICY

At Healthy Life Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Perishable or consumable products that have been opened are not eligible for refunds

How to request a refund: Contact us at healthylifestyle@healthylifestylestore.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-refundable items:

  • Opened food, supplements, or personal care products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
